🌸 March reading 🌸
It’s time for another wrap-up/haul post and some reading statistics!
This post is a little late going up, but better late than never, right? I haven’t felt super motivated to write this post because March was such a disappointing reading month overall, but I did have a few really good reads and some good hauls I wanted to share.

✨ hauls ✨
First, look at this picture I got of Echo and my haul stack 🥹 isn’t she precious?
I think this is the best I’ve done since starting my book ban! I’ve reached the point of cancelling most of my standing pre-orders unless they are just EXTREMELY beloved authors or books I’m really excited for, and I’ve started skipping book box months that don’t interest me (I skipped 2 for April!).
- The Prisoner’s Throne by Holly Black (B&N pre-order)
- Assistant to the Villain by Hannah Nichole Maehrer (BOGO 50% off B&N)
- Do Your Worst by Rosie Danan (BOGO 50% off B&N)
- Heartstone by Elle Katharine White (audiobook sale)
- Empire of the Damned by Jay Kristoff (Forbidden Planet pre-order & B&N pre-order)
I got a surprisingly large amount of ARCs and eARCs this month, so I’ll split these between physical and digital. I’m so excited about all of these other than A Feather So Black, which I’ve already read (and didn’t finish, sadly!).
- A Feather So Black by Lyra Selene (finished copy; READ)
- Myrrh by Polly Hall (ARC)
- You’ll Leave This World With Your Butt Sewn Shut: And Other Little-Known Secrets, Shocking Facts, and Amusing Trivia about Death and Dying by Robyn Grimm (finished copy)
- A Letter to the Luminous Deep by Sylvie Cathrall (ARC)
- The Honey Witch by Sydney J. Shields (ARC)
- The Only Way Out is Through by Paul Michael Anderson (ARC)
- All Who Wander Are Lost: Destination Horror Stories by Gemma Amor (ARC)
- Dreadful by Caitlin Rozakis (ARC)
- Here Lies a Vengeful Bitch by Codie Crowley (eARC)
- Midwestern Gothic by Scott Thomas (eARC)
- The Ornithologist’s Field Guide to Love by India Holton (eARC)
- A Novel Love Story by Ashley Poston (eARC)
- Morbidly Yours by Ivy Fairbanks (eARC)
- Haunted Ever After by Jen DeLuca (eARC)
How was your month? What was your favorite book you read or hauled, or what was something nice that happened in your life?
