July TBR

July 2, 2017

Another month has come and gone, and we are officially in the second half of 2017! This month has my most ambitious TBR so far this year: 17 books! That includes 7 books for the Summer Flings Reading Challenge, 7 ARCs, 2 books for group reads, and 1 for fun.

4. Everything, Everything – Nicola Yoon (reread)
5. Simon vs. the Homo Sapiens Agenda – Becky Albertalli
6. Once and For All – Sarah Dessen
7. Sharing Sam – Katherine Applegate (reread)

ARCs:

1. The Disappearances – Emily Bain Murphy (releases July 4)
2. Final Girls – Riley Sager (releases July 11)

7. See What I Have Done – Sarah Schmidt (releases Aug 1)

Group Reads:

2. The Bone Season – Samantha Shannon (Life & Lit)

For Fun:

1. The Dream Thieves – Maggie Stiefvater

In Progress…

I’m already about 40% through Final Girls, 20% through The Disappearances, 25% through Cinder, and I completed The Only Alien on the Planet on the 1st, so I’m doing really well so far! I just hope I can keep this momentum going!

How big is your TBR this month?

      1. Thanks! My review might come up a little bit later than the release of the book because I’m actually having a hard time getting sucked into it, sadly. The plot is SO COOL but the writing is a little tedious. I’m hoping it picks up!

    1. Holy cow! That certainly is an ambitious list! I’m in total awe and admiration. How do you manage to find time to read so much? I try to read about 100 pages a day, but I feel like that’s not enough to get through all of the books I’d like to be reading. How do you feel about listening to books on audio?

      1. Haha thank you! I honestly don’t even know. I just read every chance I get, basically! I take my kindle in my bag every time we go anywhere and I’m not driving, I read every night before bed (whether that’s for 30 minutes or 3 hours, lol), and I try to clean the house while my kiddo plays so that when he naps, I can focus on reading. I actually don’t do well with audiobooks. I have ADHD (Inattentive type), so focusing on someone reading aloud is EXTREMELY difficult for me and usually just makes me jittery. I wish that I could get into audiobooks more, because I feel like I’d get more reading done, but alas! What about you?

Say hello! ♥
